The shareholding pattern of Tech Mahindra is as follows: The Promoter holding stands at 35.76%, Foreign Institutional investors holdings is at 38.32%, Domestic Institutional investors hold 14.39%, Public holdings at 11.36%, Government holdings of 0.17% and Other holdings comprise of 0.01% of the shareholdings.
The Revenue for the four quarters (FY2020-21) of the showed consistency with the respective quarters of previous year. However, a small dip in Q3 (FY 2020-21) revenue observed as compared to year ago quarter. Rest the company managed to maintain a higher total revenue for FY 2020-21 compared to FY 2019-20.
A significant difference in PAT is observed for Q4 of 2020-21, it stands at Rs.1044Cr compared to Rs. 726 Cr, in the previous year. This is also reflected in the increased EPS for Q4 of this year. The EPS stands at 12.37 compared to 9.21 of the same quarter in the previous year.
The company also sees an increase in current quarter, of approximately Rs. 2324 Cr, in its assets compared to the respective quarter in the previous year.
