Zydus Wellness was established in 1988 , it is a leading consumer wellness company with an Indian Hertiage and a Global Footprint .Eralier it was known as Carnation Nutra-Analogue Foods is an Indian consumer goods company headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.The name was changed to ‘Zydus Wellness Limited’ with effect from 5th January, 2009.It produces nutrition and skincare products, and is a subsidiary of the pharmaceutical company Cadila Healthcare. It is into the business of manufacturing, buying and selling of all types of health food products, low fat, low cholesterol including table margarine, cheese, butter and substitute products.

The company’s vision is to bring wellness in th lives of it’s consumers .They create new product that will nourish , nurture and energise the life .The company shall lead the way through innovation.

The company’s CSR comprises of Shiksha and Shodh–Programmes for Education, knowledge enhancement, Swasthya–Programmes for Health and wellbeing Saath–Social care, concern and outreach progammes in times of emergencies including nutritional imbalances, ensuring ecological balance and related activities, Community upliftment through employment generation projects, women’s empowerment, ensuring gender equality etc.

Various brands under the company are namely – Sugar Free, Complan, Everyuth, Nycil, Nutralite, Sugarlite , Glucon – D. The company deals in various product lines like health drinks, skincare products, sugar supplements and others.

Their shareholding pattern comprise of Promoter and Promoters group having 64.82% shares ,  DII’s having 24.76% shares , Public having 7.46% shares and  FII’s having 2.96 shares.
