What will you choose investments or savings? This inflation will diminish the value of your savings and due to this; there will be a cause which will lead to pulling down in your wealth and your goal.
Investment
The asset which you have created for allowing money to grow to meet the goals. The investment includes saving because it’s our primary goal. The goal of investing money is as follows:
- Help money grow
- Earn a steady stream of income
- Lower the burden of tax
- Save up for retirement
- Meet your financial goals
Investing helps you to get higher returns to reach your goals. Money kept in for safety does not create wealth or does not beat inflation but investing money in bonds, real estate, stocks, mutual funds, etc will grow over time and give higher returns. It will help you to reach your goals without contributing as much money because of the higher returns you get while investing.
Any investment aims to beat inflation because the value erodes with time. To fit in inflation and make it easy for you we should take a step towards investment.
“The early you invest you get more than others who invest later in life”.
Investment should be done according to the risk appetite of the investor that is how much the investor can bear the risk while investing. The investment provides you a higher return if you are planning for a long period/horizon as well as for the short-term. It will help you to reach your goals. Thus, to become wealthy you all need to do is an investment and beat the inflation over time and reach your financial goals.

Let’s conclude this by an example: suppose you take some lentils and divide them into two halves one in a bowl other sown in the soil after. The lentil you kept in a bowl is your savings and the lentils which you have sown in the soil are investments.
You will notice that the lentils which are kept in a bowl do not increase with time but the lentils which are sown in the soil increase with time, which means that investments are better than savings because in saving, your money is idle but in investing your money makes more money. Hence, go and invest your money on various platforms by choosing your investment carefully and create more wealth.
