  • Loan amount: Up to 60% of property value in case of commercial property, up to 70% in case of residential property

  • Maximum age of 65 years when the loan matures
  • LTV upto 70% of the valuation report given by designated value.
  • Clear Marketable Title over property.
  • Above 18 years of age at the commencement of the loan
  • Both for salaries and self-employed
  • Income / cash flows to establish source of repayment.
