Final Outlook
Muthoot finance reported strong financial performance in recent year i.e. FY 2023 and FY 2024. Company revenue also increases in FY 2024 around 20.16% . Company is also working on improving and developing their online presence to attract customer, it is also increasing their operation in rural areas which increase their customer base . In recent year loan distribution number has increased and their AMU is also increased. On comparing with their peers muthoot finance give low net profit then their peers and it also lagging in other parameter their P/E ratio is 18.66 which show that the stock price is at low valuation and share price also spike from 2023 . Company ROCE is highest among their peers group and hold stong market in gold loan which also lower the risk of company and give stable earning. According to me Company is in growing phase and shows strong financial in recent year but their profit growth and EBITDA is lower than their peers . I recommend to DON’T BUY the share of the company for now.
