Net Profit of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited’s for July-September FY24 quarter stood at Rs 3,191 crore, which marks a 23.66 percent jump as compared to Rs 2,581 crore achieved in the year-ago Quarter. The Net Interest Income for the quarter ended in March of the previous fiscal year was Rs 6,297 crore, up 23.49 percent from Rs 5,099 crore. Gross non-performing assets (NPA) for the bank were 1.72 percent, compared to 2.08 percent during the same period last year. However, year over year, net Non-Performing Assets (NPA) decreased to 0.37 percent during the quarter from 0.55 percent. As of June 30, 2023, the Bank’s Basel III capital adequacy ratio was 22.0%, and its Tier I ratio was 20.9%.
