Aptus Value Housing Finance India Ltd is a Home Loan Company that was incorporated in 2009. It has been formed to primarily address the housing finance needs of the self-employed that come from Low and Middle class Income Families belonging to the semi urban and the rural markets.
As per the CRISIL report, it is one of the largest housing finance companies in South India in terms of AUM of 37,909.31 million as of December 31, 2020.The company’s product portfolio include giving loans to retail customers to purchase homes, construct residential property, house improvement and extension, loans against property, and business loans.No exports or imports done.

The IPO is open from 10th August 2021 to 12th August 2021.The face value is Rs. 2 per equity share.IPO price is Rs. 346 to Rs. 353 per equity share. Each lot consists of 42 shares. The maximum number of lots retail-individual investor can apply is 13 lots.The issue size is of Rs. 2 per equity share, aggregating up to Rs. 2,780.05 Cr while the fresh issue is Rs. 2 per equity share, aggregating up to Rs. 500 CrThe offer for sale is 64,590,695 Eq Shares of Rs. 2, aggregating up to Rs. 2,280.05 Cr
