JSW Steel Ltd. is an Indian multinational steel making company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. It is a subsidiary of JSW Group. It is one of the fastest growing companies in India with a global footprint. After the merger of ISPAT steel, JSW Steel has become India’s second largest private sector steel company. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the Foundation supported various communities & families by providing food and healthcare facilities across all these locations.
Their shareholding pattern consists of Promoters and Promoter Group having 44.07% of shares, Public having 34.92% shares, Government having 0.51% following by FII’s having 12.93% shares and DII’s with 7.16% shares, Non Promoters – Non Public having 0.41%.
