It was founded by Sanjeev Bikhchandani. Starting with a classified recruitment online business, naukri.com, Info Edge has grown and diversified rapidly, setting benchmarks as a pioneer for others to follow. The Company has a nation-wide physical presence through 77 company branch offices across 47 cities in India. Through this network, it has around 3000 sales, servicing and client facing staff who support the businesses. Info Edge’s CSR policy mainly focuses on supporting organizations that are making impactful interventions at various stages across the education and employability spectrum.Their shareholding pattern include Promoters having 38.41% shares, FIIs having 39.33% shares, DIIs having 11.25%, Public having 10.81% shares and Employee trust having 0.2% shares.For the quarter ended 31-03-2021, the company has reported a Consolidated Total Income of Rs 359.33 Crore, up 15.38% from last quarter Total Income of Rs 311.42 Crore and up 2.78% from last year same quarter Total Income of Rs 349.60 Crore. Company has reported net profit after tax of Rs 308.07 Crore in latest quarter. The results of Q4 were competent.
