Jubilant FoodWorks Limited is part of the Jubilant Bhartia Group and is one of India’s largest food service Company. It is headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The company has exclusive rights to develop and operate the Domino’s Pizza brand in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. JFL also has exclusive rights for developing and operating Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants in India. Company entered the Chinese cuisine segment with our first homegrown brand – Hong’s Kitchen.
The company has 1373 restaurants across 282 cities. It has 8 supply chain centres and 4 distribution centres. It has network of 150 plus Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point Certified food business partners.
Recently, Jubilant FoodWorks purchased a 10.76% stake in Barbeque Nation Hospitality Limited for ₹92 crore. Later the company announced that it would acquire complete ownership of Netherlands-based Fides Food Systems Coöperatief UA for ₹256 crore through its subsidiary Jubilant Foodworks Netherlands BV. The acquisition marks Jubilant FoodWorks entry into the Eurasian market. Fides holds a 32.81% stake in DP Eurasia NV, which is the master franchisee for Dominos Pizza in Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan and Georgia.
As a responsible corporate citizen, company has contributed ₹50 million in April 2020 PM CARES FUND. The company has worked tirelessly to reach out to all the frontline COVID-19 warriors such as healthcare workers and policemen on duty. JFL is bearing the vaccination cost for the drive that will cover employees and their dependents across its brands.

For the quarter ended 31-03-2021, the company has reported a Consolidated Total Income of Rs 1050.77 Crore, down 3.16% from last quarter Total Income of Rs 1085.15 Crore and up 13.04% from last year same quarter Total Income of Rs 929.50 Crore. Company has reported net profit after tax of Rs 105.30 Crore in latest quarter. The Board of Directors decided to recommend a Final Dividend @ Rs 6.00 per equity share on face value of paid-up equity of Rs 10/- each for the financial year 2020-21.
