MTAR Technologies Ltd. is a leading national player in the precision engineering industry, specializing in the manufacturing of mission critical precision components with tight tolerances (5-10 microns), as well as critical assemblies, to support high-priority national projects, using precision machining assembly, testing, quality control, and specialized fabrication capabilities, some of which have been awarded. The shareholding pattern of the company consists of: Promoters having 50.25% shares, FIIs having 3.02% shares, DIIs having 24.14% shares and Public having 22.58% shares.
For the year ending 31-03-2021, the company has reported a Consolidated Total Income of Rs 246.56 Crore, up 13.02% from last year Total Income of Rs 218.1408 Crore. Company has reported net profit after tax of Rs 46.04 Crore and EPS of Rs17 this year. The Board of Directors decided to recommend a Final Dividend @ Rs. 3 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2020-21.
