Adani Power Limited (APL), a subsidiary of the Adani Group, is the country’s largest private thermal power producer. We have a total capacity of 12,450 megawatts (MW), which includes thermal power plants in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh, as well as a 40-megawatt solar power project in Gujarat. They were the first company in the world to register a coal-based Supercritical thermal power project under the Kyoto Protocol’s Clean Development Mechanism (CDM).
Over the last year, Adani Power’s progress toward sustainability has accelerated. They are now leading the global clean energy revolution, and it is developing one of the world’s largest integrated energy portfolios. By FY25, they aspire to be the world’s largest solar power company, and by FY30, they wish to be the world’s largest renewable power company. More than 7000 MW of power generation capacity is in the works. Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Karnataka are among the states where they have projects planned.

The board of directors hasn’t reported any dividend yet from the quarter ended March 31, 2021. The consolidated net profit increased by 282.2 percent to Rs 233.95 crore and net profit margin has increased by 3.47% in the fourth quarter of financial year 2021.
